To support the fast growth, we now invite high caliber personnel to take up the Application Engineer position. The position will be located in Shanghai and report to Application Engineer Manager.

Key Responsibilities

·Cooperate with the salesman for the premarketing works, introduce the clients to the technical advantages of the company, understand the clients' application working conditions and transform them into the internal technical requirements.
·Provide the factory with the input of new product development.
·Solve the clients' problems in the application, and provide the proper trainings.
·Prepare and manage the table of technical characteristics of the orders.
·Deal with the clients' complaints related to the quality, and provide the failure analysis report or corrective and preventive measures.
·Provide the salesman with the daily technical supports, and proper trainings.

·Be familiar with the bearing application in the following one or more industries: motor, agricultural machinery, automobile, engineering machinery, material handling, fan and industrial gear box.
·English: CET-6
