To cope with our fast expansion in Asia, we are looking for high caliber to fill in the following vacancy:


Service Manager


Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies to achieve Company's target
- Plan spare parts inventory to meet customers’ demand and ensure timely delivery
- Establish suitable service system to ensure timely repairing/warranty and maintenance service,

in order to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Supervision and coordination of all daily activities of Field Service Engineers
- Plan and conduct internal and external technical training
- On-site trouble shooting of technical problems
- Travel is required


Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years aftersales service experience in construction

equipment industry
- Good understanding about the market and good spare parts related knowledge
- Strong practical experiences of field technical service support and down to earth
- Good technical knowledge and well verse with up-to-day repairing technology
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Process a driving license
