KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 工作内容
1.Implement annual/monthly and various recruiting plan to support business effectively.
实施年度/月度及各项招聘计划，为各部门提供充足的人力资源供给。
2.Update JD by coordinating with hiring manager to ensure exact position information.
岗位说明书的编写和更新，以确保为岗位招聘提供准确的岗位信息。
3.Conduct exact recruiting process including screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc.
准确执行招聘流程的各步骤包括甄选、测试、面试、选择录用等。
4.Support to conduct various recruiting cases, like Job fair, campus recruiting etc.
协助并执行各种招聘专案，如校园招聘、招聘会等。
5.Manage talent pool and HRIS.
不断完善人才库，及时维护HRIS信息。
6.Assist in developing and maintaining recruiting channels.
协助进行招聘渠道的开发、优化、管理和协调，以提高招聘效率。
7.Control and reduce recruiting cost, shorten cycle time with high efficiency and quality.
控制并降低招聘成本、不断缩短招聘周期、高效高质地完成招聘需求。
8.Provide recruiting reports accurately and punctually.
准时、准确地提供招聘报表。
9.Assist in managing labor agency，implementing service contract etc.
协助进行劳务公司的管理、优化和甄选，劳务合同的执行等。
10.Assist in developing effective selection tools to ensure hiring quality and in legal.
协助开发各种人员甄选工具，保证招聘质量及合法录用。
11.Individually finish the recruiting of all positions below manager and assistant in recruiting manager and above positions.
独立完成经理级以下职位的招聘工作，协助进行经理级及以上职位的招聘工作。

Requirement 任职要求
1.College degree or aborve 大专以上学历
2. Familiar with labour law and relevant local regulations and master good skills to deal with HR activities
具有劳动法律法规基本知识
3.Familiar with recruiting procedure and interview skills and channel management
熟悉招聘流程、面试技巧及渠道管理
4.Staffing experience in manufacturing more than one year
