1、执行原材料和成品的控制程序，完成原奶、辅料的进厂检验、生产过程检验 和试验、成品出厂检验；

2、收集、分析检验数据，及时反馈质量信息，降低次品率；

3、负责市场退货和不合格品的控制；

4、组织对生产部门的卫生检查。

5、对消费者投诉样品进行检测分析，配合售后部处理质量投诉；

6、品控部监视和测量仪器的建档、周期鉴定、维修保养

7、 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
