Responsibility:

1. Chase up PP samples and Production samples from suppliers.
2. Priority samples with QC and monitor the samples process status.
3. Issue QC report of samples to supplier and head office.
4. Send samples to testing center for inspection and analyse inspection report to suppliers.
5. Liason with QC and suppliers on quality issues.
6. Translate the QC report from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English.
7. Assist QC to communicate with head office in English.
8. Arrange QC resource to complete QC jobs.

Requirement:

1. At least 3-5 years management experience of sampling or order follow-up.
2. Strong organisation skills.
3. Excellent written / oral communication skills in English and Chinese with head office and suppliers.
4. Excellent garment knowlege and English skills to understand and translate the QC report.
