Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in inspecting incoming materials, semi-finished product, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications;
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in testing standard preparation by following controlled protocols or procedures;
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in environment monitoring test by following controlled procedures;
Establish and maintain inspection procedure for different materials and products with periodical review;
Establish and implement OOS (Out-of –Spec) procedure to ensure measurement/inspection errors are well managed and controlled;
Establish and maintain retention sample management program, as well as routine product stability monitoring program;
Establish and maintain statistic valid sampling plan with periodical review;
Establish and maintain training program for QC workers, to ensure only qualified workers can conduct inspection/test independently;
Responsible for customer complaint investigation thru retention sample testing, returned product testing, as well as other required testing;
Responsible for QC data collection and analysis to detect any abnormal trending or opportunity for improvement;
Responsible for COA issue and management;
Responsible for QC resources management, including human resources, equipments/instruments, facilities, etc, to ensure timely QC task implementation, as well as supportive task to other group or department if required;
Other tasks defined in related company procedures, or assigned by Quality Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree or above educational background, majoring in biology, chemistry, medicine or other related
Familiar with sampling plan and basic statistic tools
5year above similar QC experience in Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry, and at least 1 year management experience
Skilled with Microsoft Word and EXCEL
Excellent written/oral English skill
