1. Main work and responsibilities

· You will be in charge of improving our existing assembling processes to make them more efficient.

· Ensure that our operations remain cost-effective and compliant with environmental and safety

regulations.

· Study, suggest and improve product and material flow.

· Collect and review production data, analyze them and carry out improvements in cooperation with R&D

and QC department.

· Assist and train our workshop in the launch of new products

· Suggest process and product modifications to optimize our productions costs.

· Support our manufacture to keep defective rate at the lowest possible level.

· Set up and improve our quality and productivity indicators as well than reporting system.

· Maintain our ERP database

· Follow product modifications and assure their implementation in our manufacture.

· Technical support for the workshop, follow up quality complains, work out action plan and lead

respective improvements.

2. Skills and qualifications

Diploma: Mechanical Engineer

Character: Focused, task oriented, pro active, good communicator and you like to work with other people.

Good at problem solving.

Location: Shanghai

Experience: You have track record that of 5 to 10 years similar experience in an Industrial manufacturing

environment.

You are able to manage and lead a smaller team of people.

You are familiar with modern production concept like: 6 Sigma, lean production, kaizen,

kanban.

Skilled in computer technology would be a plus.

Language: Good spoken English.

3. Hierarchy

The PE engineer would be part of our R&D department and report directly to the General Manager
