The role:

EF English Centers is looking for a talented senior digital designer to help create world-class advertising/marketing experiences for our digital properties and campaigns. The range and deadlines of assignments varies and some projects require fast turnaround. This position requires all levels for design from creative idea development to design revamping to resizing. In this job, the successful candidate will work both independently providing design ideas and detailed follow through on execution, and manage the pipeline within a small digital creative team of 1-2, drive the creative level while interacting with marketing managers, copy writer, product manager, support our online marketing acquisition activities.

You will:

• Work with the online marketing team, to design online advertising and marketing materials, including banner ads, crazy ads, mobile ads, desktop/mobile landing pages, eDM, mini sites and e-books etc.
• To develop and produce the online advertising materials, including adaptation into different sizes and file sizes, adaptation into different channels, etc.
• To work closely with our online marketing acquisition, development and technical teams throughout the process.
• Work with our global designers cross teams/function in EF to ensure the design of online marketing assets will be on brand, and also embrace and implement best practice of design in Chinese language and digital environment to drive the online marketing success.
• To self-manage the pipeline

You have/are:

• Knowledge / experience on Web and Multimedia Design or related disciplines, e.g. website development, landing pages, online banners, eDM, e-newsletter,etc
• Strong graphic sense and creative minded
• At least 2- 3 years web design experience is a must
• Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking, able to work independently and under pressure
• Previous experience with creative project management is a strong plus
• Knowledge in HTML, Flash, XML, CSS, action-script programming is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator preferred
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is highly preferred
• Sense of copy writing is a plus
