Main responsibilities

• Ensure accurate registration of products and suppliers data in IFS System
• Plan, coordinate and run schedule jobs in the systems for maintenance of site information and other mass data jobs
• Ensure database integrity, correctness and timeliness in the IFS system
• Run annual and ad hoc update of purchase prices from external suppliers
• Run annual and ad hoc update of cost prices on all sites for standard and local products
• Coach and train data owners with the policies, principles of standards and procedures to ensure standardize practice
• Support network in problems occurring during order flow, caused by basic data discrepancies and solving incidents/ errors
• Run periodic statistics for data quality
• Provide management with information for appropriate actions based on analysis from the statistics and requests
• Ensure all business processes within the scope of responsibility are carried out as defined in GIMS

Main qualifications

• General degree in logistics, finance, information technology or other related discipline
• Good command of English language both written and oral
• Computer literate with good understanding of database management
• Familiar with common Microsoft software, such as Excel, pivot table
• Good analytical skills and creative problem solving techniques
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Comfortable working with systems customization
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
• Experience with functional operation of one or more of the business systems, or other related Enterprise Resource Planning Solution
