Position Overview

Responsibilities include, but are not and limited to, collection on past due accounts, counter-claims, report creation and account set up.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for VAT invoicing

2. Maintain collections of assigned customers

3. Evaluate customer payment deductions, research validity and file counterclaims when appropriate.

4. Process credit applications for new accounts according to set guidelines and establish credit line.
根据公司的流程办理新客户的申请工作，包括付款帐期和信用额度的审核工作
5. Review daily hold report and determine which orders to release for shipment.
根据客户的付款情况，审核决定对于订单出货的安排
6. Routinely perform credit evaluation on existing accounts.
定期审核现有客户的信用情况
7. Review sales allowances and chargeback rates by customer and communicate trends to Accounting and Sales Teams.
审核评估客户的销售返利和索赔等情况并及时和相关人员沟通
8. Provide relevant, timely, and accurate reports on past due accounts.
及时提供延迟付款的客户的应收账款报告
9. Maintain complete and accurate credit and collection files.

10. Communicate and enforce company credit policy and procedures.

11. Complete the reconciliation report for accounts receivable report

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
2. 5 years AR experience with at least 3 years of working with mass market experience
