Job Description

HR professional or attorneys who specialize in labor law deal primarily with the relationships between employers and unions, or organized labor
Assist to provide employment issues to the Bank's HR vehicles in mainland China
Prepare / minute/ draft/file all the labor issue related papers
Assist to handle employment related regulatory reporting and internal reporting to management of the Bank
Assist to provide advice to HRD on labor law related matters
Other tasks assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

University degree or equivalent qualifications. Legal background preferred Minimum 8 years relevant experience in legal or HR work. Previous experience in role as HR professional or lawyer in financial institutions in mainland China preferred
Good communications skill and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work under pressure and independently
Good PC skill.
