1、3D设计相关专业大专及以上学历，具备实际3DSMAX动画制作经验两年以上；
2、熟练掌握3D max 和character studio（或Maya角色动画），熟悉low polygon角色建模，知晓3d动画工作制作的基本内容及流程；
3、学习、动手能力强、具备创意制作过程中的沟通领悟能力，具备良好的沟通能力，较强的学习及团队合作能力；
4、工作作风严谨敬业、细致踏实、学习能力强、责任心强。
