1、2年以上3D特效制作经验优先，需具备有良好的动画感觉；
2、熟练掌握Maya、Ps、Ae、Combustion等基本3D制作软件和特效制作软件的使用，能够根据要求创作不同风格和形式的动画；
3、掌握任何一种影视后期常见软件，对粒子系统有较深刻的了解，能具体解决真实物理模拟问题，例如织物、流体、火、烟、破碎、毛发等物质的写实模仿；
4、沟通理解表达能力强，能接受项目具体需求和指示；
5、具备良好的团队奋斗精神，吃苦耐劳、积极主动的工作态度。
