Deliverables
?Search, match, screen and interview suitable candidates to fulfill job assignment
?Supervise recruitment activities as conducted by Recruitment Assistant
?Implement and review recruitment plan / process
?Liaise with line managers on recruitment matters
?Establish effective links with outside institutions and vendors on recruitment initiatives
?Keep informed on job market trends and current recruitment practices
?Responsible for recruitment statistics reports
?Support the HR part in project bidding
?Performs related duties and ad hoc projects

End results
?Recruit the right people for the right job in a timely manner
?Reduce churn rate of new hires within probationary period

Competencies
?Above 3 years' experience in HR functions in MNCs preferably gained from BPO industry and at least 2 years on supervisory position.
?Good leadership, self-motivated, decisive and result-oriented.
?Dynamic and forward thinking.
?Excellent presentation skills, communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
