OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Take in charge of local PR communication to enable a fast improvement in company brand image building, meanwhile establish company a strong skincare expert impression in targeted groups. Assist Marketing Manager to fulfill the key PR events and activities to meet overall brand communication targets.

MAIN MISSIONS

* PR plan and implementation

Initiate annual PR plan and execute various brand and product related PR activities.

MEDIA VISIT

* Media spot-plan proposal and tracking

Propose media spot-plan and monitor execution in yearly committed media buying plan;

Control media spending at reasonable phase-in allocation, timely update media spending status to Marketing Manger and Finance team;

* Media relationship

Build and improve PR relationship to optimize brand/product exposure in various media channels, particularly maximize SOV and exposure efficiency in strategic media partners; manage PR crisis and other incident issues;

* To establish and maintain social networks

For the brand's official website, weibo, weixin such as the establishment and implementation of good advice

* Co-marketing projects

Liaise with other function teams to support national/region level brand/product communication activities, including media tie-up event (eg. Magazine events, new store opening, Spa event, local city/store activities.



* Others

Passion & knowledge to Cosmetics industry

Strong communication skill and negotiation power in dealing with key media groups and media buying agencies

Familiar with necessary office software

Mature working manner and cooperative team spirit to work in a team work

Sophisticated taste and sensitivity in beauty & fashion, decent grooming and presentation
