Principal Accountabilities:
In the framework of his employment as Business Development / Int’l Licensing Specialist of Midas Shanghai the Employee will:
- Actively participate in "intra-cooperation" with the Director Country Management and International Licensing Division of the Headquarters and/ or the Affiliates by supporting product screening, market evaluation, and commercial & regulatory feasibility studies in order to identify appropriate in-licensing partners/ products;
- Evaluate the market/ industry to identify the most reliable products/ partners for in-licensing (API/ FDF/ CHC/ technologies) and out-licensing (FDF) businesses in accordance with the Company’s development strategy;
- Actively coordinate all the ongoing (potential) in-/ out- licensing projects by supporting activities throughout different development phases in the view to lead them successfully to the commercial scale;
- Regularly/ proactively report to the Company of any market, industry, and regulatory updates in the Chinese Pharma sector;
- Provide any support to the Business Development Team in the view to achieve the collective targets set up by the Company.
Skills and Competences:
- Chemist or pharmacist graduation preferred;
- Familiar with the Pharmaceutical industry preferably with 2-3 years of experience in the Business Development or International Licensing positions;
- Self-motivated for personal achievements;
- Strong analytical skills competence;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good inter-personal skills;
- Strong team-working spirit;
- English fluency (both written and oral)
