Job Description:
SunGard is the largest supplier of treasury management solutions, with a number of development centers around the world. SunGard is one of the world’s leading software and IT companies serving more than 25,000 customers in more than 50 countries, including the world’s 50 largest financial services companies.
We are looking to employ a person who can analyze a set of functions from an existing application, document those functions and then work with a team of developers and quality assurance engineers in building out the function in a web based application. We are currently undertaking a major development project to remove legacy technology and radically enhance the user experience with a .Net based web UI. Working within an agile environment you will have the opportunity to make a key contribution to the project, ensuring we produce a functionally rich and high quality product.

The person we employ must:
1. Prepare clear and concise documents that represent the product owner's objectives and client requirements.
2. Taking ownership and the responsibility of projects, driving the team to success, at the same time keeping product owners informed.
3.Understand the business benefits of work being carried out by the team, raising flags when seeing the business benefits begin to potentially change.
4. Liaise with regional offices and clients, as necessary, to clarify and gather requirements.
5. Develop knowledge of treasury requirements and direction, in particular regarding our current and prospective clients.
6. Assist in the development, dissemination, and delivery of product material, training, and marketing information.
7. Resolve product functionality design questions.
8. Work with regional offices to support and enhance the product position and direction as required.

Requirements：
1. 5 years business analysis experience
Mandatory,
2. Excellent communication skills are essential (English spoken, written and comprehension), the person should expect significant interaction with product owners, clients, developers, QA engineers
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
4. General IT knowledge.
5. A customer service orientation that focuses on internal and external clients.
6. A self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
7. A focus and dedication to Ownership and Responsibility.
8. Clear organizational / business awareness and knowledge.
9. A team player, which can also work independently under minimum supervision
10. Ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines and effectively prioritize concurrent tasks

Desirable：
1. Experience working in an agile development environment
2. Having a good general understand of the financial markets
3. Experience in preparing business type material for the Marketing department
4. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage large work flow within time constraints
