.1 Job Description:

(1). Perform passenger handling and customer services functions

(2). Handle flight operational duties.

(3). Liaise and supervise the service partners on all matters pertaining to passenger services, ramp handling activities & aircraft operations to ensure safe and on time despatch of flights.

(4). Assist in the performance of administrative assignments and any other duties as assigned by the company.

.2 Requirements:

(1). Fresh graduates or with relevant customer service experience

(2). Pleasant personality, team player, customer oriented and strong communication skills.

(3). Excellent proficiency in oral and written English.

(4). Good knowledge of PC office application.

(5). Possess initiative and positive work ethics.

(6). Hard working and fast- learner.

(7). Willing to work on shifts in Pudong Airport. Be on call at all times for operational matters when necessary.
