Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with HR team on all HR and Admin operation and related tasks for future Engineering Center and Plant in Kunshan.

2. Responsible for recruitment activities and staffing for company, maintain and update personnel file; local employee master data in the HRM system and provide related report periodically。

3. Assist to design and layout the training and development program , with the implementation, maintain all training data into the records and summarized the training cost as required.

4. Handle annual labor contract renewal and registered with government bureau, collect and release all document required by law and support all kinds of annual government audits.

5. Handle compensation and benefits related tasks including salary change and salary benchmark analysis etc.

In term of determined salary/welfare plan, calculate salary/welfare package and personal income tax ; Distribute salary/welfare to employees and pay social welfare to related agencies and work related injury application;

6. Responsible for admin issues such as Canteen service, shuttle bus, employee activities and so on.

7. Other HR operation work as assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above degree, majored in Human Resources or relevant is preferred

2. At least 3 years work experience in HR related area,

3. Good knowledge of China Labor Law and government rules

Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality, patient, proactive and precise

4. Execution and detail oriented, clear mind; concise.

5. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
