Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide line support of highly automated equipment in high volume production environment
2. Adjusts, repairs and, repair and trouble shoots machine failures so that machines can be running smoothly
3. Perform periodic calibration, preventive maintenance of equipment base on equipment maintenance schedules/specifications
4. Help supervisor tracking the performance of equipment and take necessary actions to improve the performance
   MC potential risk analysis and continue improvement ability
5. Support Supervisor of training/skill improves of line ME
6. Problem analysis and issue relevant solution

Job Requirements:

1. Good teamwork and communication skill
2. Good English read/write/speak, office/windows software skill
3. Two or more years of working experience on SBM or Marking equipments of relevant processes in semiconductorassembly and test industry
4. Graduate in related industries College diploma or Mechanics, Electronics specialty
5. Familiar with tooling manufacture.
