职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Following up the new orders(once received the new orders from UK, checking the status and delivery date with fty and then update to UK. And inform HK to issue the new orders to fty timely)
2.PL making and confirm with the client (After receiving the Call off from client , check each status with fty and make the PL and confirm with client)
3. Chase closely with fty for the orders delivery timely
4. Inspection booking following
5. Shipment booking following with fty and forwarder
6. Contacting with the forwarder for the booking issue
7. Making the PI&PL
8. Payment arrange and following (after receiving the invoice from forwarder, will make the file and send them to HK for arrange and following)
9. Airfreight quotation checking with forwarder and inform to the releated Merchandiser
10. Inventory ,liquid and orders update
11. Following documents(after shipment, chasing the documents with fty and informed the related shipment information to HK colleague, and send the surrnded B/L to client directly)
Requirements:
University educated, major in logistic is preferred.
Over 3 years relevant work experiences
Good English skill, able to communicate with oversea directly
Team player, self motivated and ownership attitudes
