RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain computerised data base to generate management reports.
Develop and generate: status and action reports
Receive, record, store and dispatch merchandise samples.
Provide potential suppliers with samples and tech.packs for costing.
Obtain and record potential supplier costs
Support research for potential suppliers
Interpret from/to Mandarin/English.
Communicate effectively within SFG and externally with suppliers and other persons
Arrange supplier and trade fair travel
Develop and maintain filing systems
Manager factory audit booking process
Administer sourcing office prudently
Gain an understanding of supplier factory capabilities, capacities and manufacturing lead time.
Support General Manager Sourcing to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with business colleagues.

SKILLS
Language skills to include native Mandarin and fluent English
Educated to university standard
Ideally experience in a similar or related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - ideally including Access
Empathy with fashion garment retailing
