职位描述
Position: OEM Area Sales Engineer, ECB (80%) – Other (20%), Generalist seller focus on motor – gearbox OEM for new market (Wind – Crane – Textile – Aerial lift except Forklift – Gear motor – etc)

? Territory China
Mainly West - Center China (ChangSha - ChengDu – WuHan – NanJing – ChangZhou – SuZhou – ShangHai – HangZhou – NingBo – JinHua)
? Market Standard DC – AC – Stepped Motor – Gear Motor OEM
Standard Gearbox OEM, except Heavy Duty application
Key Responsibilities
? Achieve / exceed assigned sales targets
? Follow couple of motor OEM called providing solution in wind market
? Follow account transfer for niche market application and aerial lift
? Develop additional Gearbox – Motor OEM with similar clutch or brake application required
? Acquire strong technical knowledge for spring-applied brakes application and commodity overrunning clutch items.
? Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, including OEMs, engineers, consultants, distributors, purchasers, etc in order to develop market footprint for Warner – Matrix – Stieber – Formsprag.
? Communicate and team together with AIMS & AIMC people, occasionally worked with Business Unit located in Europe & USA.
? Effectively manage and control expenses
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of strong sales experience of power-transmission mechanical products, used in standard motor or gearbox. Candidate will have strong knowledge and relationship in power transmission industry in China, he has ideally worked with spring-applied brakes products and successfully driven sales with products locally manufactured.
Mechanical engineering degree or certification from a recognized institution is required

? Successful track record in aggressively growing sales and new business, implementing highly effective winning sales strategies. Problem solver; solutions finder
? Demonstrated performance achievements both continuous sales growth and account development.
? Experience and success in driving sales through multi-channels i.e. directly and via distribution networks
? Highly motivated, appropriately aggressive, pro-active style with “Can-do” attitude. Strong team player. Hands-on approach
? Knows how to effectively prioritize and manage time
? Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Chinese, common written English skills required.
? Understands how to win in successful in complex selling situations.
? Ability and interest to travel locally 70% of the time to customers, as well as travel from time to time within Mainland China
