Main Responsibilities
1.Management support in analysis
1)Develop and monitor KPI in collaboration with management
2)Research, track and report the competitive environment in financial information segmentation both in China and global market.
3)Evaluate competitor performance in China (i.e. quantitative & qualitative)
4)Business analytics such as deriving actionable insight, data required for growth planning.
2.Execution
1)Assists CEO to facilitate execution of key initiatives across business units and functions, explore the company’s strategy and rationalize the management framework.
2)Managing the action list from different functions and support CEO to follow up and track the results.
3)Proactively exposing areas that require course correction
3.Relationship building and maintenance
Support CEO to initiate and manage various stakeholders relations activities such as government visits, clients meetings so as to develop and maintain company’s relation with stakeholders at the corporate level.
4.Initiate, coordinate and manage key issues with high impact on the company’s business benefit at the corporate level, legal related policy input for company’s business interest.
5.Provide accurate, comprehensive, periodic status reports to multiple stakeholders.
Top 3 Requirements
1.Around 3-5 years working in business analysis, consultancy or relevant implementation experience with Bachelor or Master in Finance, economics, Business, top universities graduates are preferred. Very solid communication, negotiations skills both in English and Chinese; good excel knowledge.
2.High level of integrity, dedication and motivation, great passion for drive things done.
3.Down-to-earth, hard working, enjoys problem-solving, good analytical and organizational skills.
Special Requirements
1.Proven ability to influence outcomes through effective communication and relationship building.
2.Ability to organize and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
3.Project execution capability, willing to change and be flexible in a changing and evolving work environment. Management consulting background would plus.
