岗位职责：

一、运营

1. 为客人提供优质的服务，为客人讲述酒吧的产品和服务

2. 参与公司流程的改进，确保员工按流程做事

3. 与客人维护良好的关系，如顾客信息汇总，处理客人投诉等

4. 准确更新客人资料

5. 及时向公司汇报门店运营情况，及时将营业额存入公司账户

6. 收集整理客人反馈，及时向公司及员工传达

7. 维护与政府部门的关系，对政府指出的问题提出解决方案并告知公司管理层

8. 收入申报和发票管理

9. 门店排班安排

二、管理

门店员工的管理和指导

1. 排班表的制定和具体工作安排

2. 员工考勤管理

3. 与运营总监及人事部确定门店招聘、辞退计划，协同人事部进行招聘

4. 门店员工的绩效考核管理

5. 员工仪容仪表管理

6. 其他员工问题处理

三、培训

制定员工培训计划，负责员工啤酒知识及服务流程培训

四、库存和订单管理

每周、每月更新库存，对原料需求做出合理预测

五、活动执行

1. 管理酒吧举行的各种活动，为活动做出合理的人员、物料安排，确保为客人提供优质服务

2. 执行公司市场活动

Requirements and Experience:

- 3-5 years experience managing bars - references will be requested

- Ability to use common Windows Applications

- Good English level, ability to communicate fluently with both Chinese and Foreign partners and guest.

- Willing to learn, love and promote beer culture

Personality

- A Real People Person - Interested in meeting and talking with people from around the world and around China

- Ability to anticipate and see when customers are not happy

- Good problem solving skills

- Fair and able to respect people

- A Good Smile

- Willing to work really hard

Responsibilities:

Operation

1. Ensure a very clean experience for Kaiba guest

2. Receive guest and presenting our process, products and experience

3. Insure bar tenders follows process and procedures

4. If outlet manager is not in the shift, oversee servers/waitresses to make sure that the staff is performing their duties and responsibilities.

5. Relationship building with guests including contact information collection, solving problems and complains

6. Check all the equipment and machines if it’s broken make sure it gets fixed

7. In charge of ordering all beverages and checks expiration dates

8. Keep all invoice, receipts and delivery forms, including Vip, transfer, maintenance forms

Management

1. Grooming – set priorities/check uniforms, hair and overall look

2. Bar tender issue resolution

3. Conduct training with outlet manager or providing on-the-job training to improve your team’s current performance

4. Performance review of bar tender

Inventory Management & Order Placement

1. Weekly/monthly inventory updates and forecasting

2. Order preparation and placement

Events Organization

Implementation of all operational aspects relating to events, including planning, arrangement of catering, materials or other supplies needed to guarantee a flawless experience to our clients with outlet manager

Reporting

1. Weekly revenue or sales report, including suggestions for increase of sales in case of shortfall with outlet manager

2. Generally reporting of all occurrences in the bar that can help Kaiba deliver better service
