4. Establish the rule of changing broken tools and distribution of production consumables to plant.

5. Record of all the tools / production consumable which is being distributed.

6. Analyze the broken reason for the tools broken most frequently and reduce the frequence.

7. Monthly report indicating investigating costs and spending of tools / production consumable.
