Job Responsibility:
Account Receivable:
1.1 Conduct credit checking before delivery.
1.2 Make AR entry in ERP system.
1.3 Follow up AR collection and monitor overdue.
1.4 Reconcile GL and sub-ledger for AR to ensure balance sheet clean.
Bank Account:
2.1 Check bank receipt and clear AR.
2.2 Follow up bank account and solve related issues.
2.4 Reconcile with bank statement monthly,
Inventory:
3.1 Calculate inventory cost, and follow up cost improvement actions.
3.2 Prepare inventory "In-Out-Balance" report and aging report, and reconcile with the physical goods.
3.3 Provide margin analysis report monthly.
GL:
4.1 Register fixed assets, book depreciation.
4.2 Make GL entry.
4.3 Prepare statistical report and required reports. .
4.4 Reconcile ICA.
4.5 Responsible for month-end closing.

Job Requirements:
1．University degree, major in Finance or Accounting.
2．> 3 years working experience, familiar with PRC GAAP and tax regulations.
3．Good command of spoken and written English.
4．Mature and independent, able to proactively communicate with others to improve performance.
