Position Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree or Technical Diploma, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience.

· Minimum 5 years working experience in quality assurance.

· Hands on factory experience and familiarity with production execution and planning.

· Sound technical knowledge of construction methods and good understanding of factory quality control systems and processes.

· Basic management or project management skills

· Working knowledge of factory protocols and manufacturing methods

· Design and advise on implementation of process improvement programs for production sites.

· Collect and share best practices across the business

· Manage a set of factories to reach targets in line with the departmental and corporate goals.

· Be able to generate and manage factory data as needed, for factory control.

· Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Including Technical Communication.

· Flexible/adaptable in a fast paced and changing environment.

· Ability to build collaborative working relationships with supply chain partners.

· Ability to travel according to business needs.

· Open to relocation as needed

· Effective communication skills; proficient in English (spoken & written)

· Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
