岗位职责:

1. 取得供应商对帐单，与系统预估/报价核对，如不相符，立即与操作沟通，确保成本费用准确。
2. 与供应商确认并联系开票。
3. 核对供应商发票无误，在系统中生成voucher，填写付款申请交由操作经理签字。
4. 操作经理审核后，在协议规定期限内安排付款。
5. 每月月初编制应付账款账龄表,计算AP未实现汇兑损益,编制Negative Report。
6. 定期更新Service Provider List，编制Top 25 Low GP Margin Report。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，会计、国际贸易或物流相关专业。
2. 1年以上货代公司单证/操作或财务工作经验
3. 有成本审核工作经验，或有单证/操作工作经验者有意向财务工作发展的亦可。
4. 英语CET4以上者优先考虑。
5. 能熟练运用各类电脑办工软件。
6. 性格稳重，认真细心，有较强的学习能力，对数字敏感。
