Primary Responsibility基本职责
1.Perform assembly equipment conversion and support equipment setup
执行封装设备该机和设备安装
2.Resolve assembly equipment and process issues during production
解决封装设备和工艺问题
3.Carry out PM and calibration activities
进行PM和校准工作
4.Need to take rotating shift to support production as required
需要上倒班支持生产需要
5.Support engineering tasks assigned by engr.
支持工程师分配的任务
6.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.
接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。
7.Commitment to safety, give priority to safety and take precaution to prevent accidents at work.
认真执行“安全第一、预防为主”的安全生产方针，自觉遵守各项安全生产制度和规定，做到不伤害自己、不伤害他人、不被他人伤害
8.Strictly adhere to safety rules and responsibility.
忠于职守，严格履行本岗位的安全责任

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求
1.Diploma or Industrial Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
大专或中专，电气 /机械工程专业
2.Experience in a semiconductor industry
有半导体行业经验
3.Knowledge of Backgrind, Wafer Saw, Die Attach, Wirebond, SMT
懂Backgrind, Wafer Saw, Die Attach, Wirebond, SMT相关知识
4.Understand basic operational English
懂基础的操作英文
5.Honest and Willing to learn
诚实，愿意学
