Procurement
- Formulate strategic procurement concept, guidline and process for sourcing, selection of suppliers, framework contract and supplier quality management.
- Apply purchasing methods and tools to optimize the purchasing activities in order to achieve cost effective with delivery of high-quality materials and services.
- Ensure operational procurement team to make efficient order processing wiith reliable on-time delivery.
- Support internal customers to work out the optimized procurement plan for earlier involvement of suppliers and design to cost
- Drive the reliable and transparent reporting of SCM functions.
- Monitor and drive performance and continuous improvement through KPIs.

Logistics
- Lead logistics team to import and export with cost and tax efficient logistics model
- Ensure regular communication with the responsible authorities for logistical related issues
- Manage forwarders and customs brokers with regular review of their service quality

Warehousing Management
- Lead and monitor material flow to meet daily operation requirements
- Ensure goods receiving and issuing in a compliant and accurate way
- Ensure the physical stock in line with system quantity with regular stocktaking
- Optimize storage layout and well maintain in 5S management
- Implement inventory managment programs in facilitating production to shorten cycle time.

Requirement:

Familiar with procurement methods and tools
Strong analytical and strategic thinking to formulate procurement strategy
Proficient in import and export practice with strong communication skills in dealing with governmental authorities
Familiar with material management and warehousing management
Problem solving skills to deal with complex issues within short notice
In-depth understanding of lean supply chain management
Initative to roll out continuous improvement management program
Business acumen to develop key performance indicators, make target setting and benchmarking

10 years experience, Bachelor degree majored in supply chain management, business management

Proven leadership skills with ability to lead high performing team and motivate the employees to work in a responsible and dedicated way.
