JOB PURPOSE

· Conduct in line or final inspection to ensure product quality can meet request.

· Advice the findings and the root cause based on the actual findings, so that the realte teams can take actions on resolving the potential problem which may cause complaint or claim.

· Monitor and guide the supplier on our company quality standard and keep them improving on quality level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Always follow the inspection manual to conduct inspection and make correct judgment on the quality based on the standard.

· Work with Suppliers to monitor production control.

· Most important will be conduct inspection during packing process to avoid mistake and avoid claim before delivery.

· Give advice to supplier on how to deal with the defects or potential problems.

· Always check with team leader or relate buying on any unclear issue.

· Prepare the inspection report and get supplier agreement on your findings.

· Take inspection photos for further traceability

· Send back inspection report within timeline.

· Always keep the report clear and clean for easy read.

· Assist team leader to fulfill the new tasks for improving supply base.

· Always comply with company policy.

· Once there is needed, also need involve into new sample development with buying team.(factory visit, sample checking, etc)

JOB REQUIREMENT

· Above technical secondary school in any Engineering subject.

· At least 2 years inspection experience on Garment Accessories (sewn-in label, hang-tag, string lock, badge, zipper, packaging, button, etc)

· Familiar with the operation in garment accessories’ manufacturers or garment factories.

· Familiar with processes, especially for paper printing, silk printing, woven, embroidery, mold cutting, hot stamping and know the basic quality standard on these processes.

· Previous employment in similar Garment Acc. Manufacturer, trading company or garment manufacturer is a definite asset.

· Good communication skill and good command on local language.

· Can read and write English will be better.

· Good computer knowledge in Microsoft software (Word, Excel).
