§ Build up relationship with local government and strategic partnership with landlord for group deals
§ Build up good relationship with all the agents and personal channels with major competitors to collect latest property action, strategies, sales data etc
§ Lead and help property executive in negotiation with landlord to get better terms and conditions
§ Conduct market research based on city mapping, analyze and identify good sites for delivery
§ Renew old store in budge and deal with the important cases by oneself
§ Coordinate with the landlord in the affairs of electricity, water and air-conditioner's supply
§ Coordinate with the landlord to provide detailed information of new project
§ Monitor the landlord to obey the handover condition according the contract
