工作描述：
- Execute tasks and projects to achieve team's business objectives.
- Solve problems from internal customers and Tie-1 escalations.
- Troubleshoot networking, deployment and usability issues throughout the environment.
- Respond to customer requests for support with a friendly customer service attitude.
- Maintain IT systems such as backup, SQL, IIS, virtualization and etc. And Participate in system engineering.
- Develop automation systems to improve productivity.
- Update and maintain documentation and team knowledge base.
- Help customers to meet their business needs with the appropriate technology.
职位要求：
- Understand disk fault tolerant, backups and HP/DELL enterprise products.
- Strong Windows server, AD, SQL, System Center and TCP/IP knowledge.
- Familiar with scripting technology and automation.
- Ability to learn new technologies fast! Passionate of learning new technologies and skills. In Microsoft Research Asia, we often work with research prototypes and technologies that are brand new.
- Good written and oral English.
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skill, productive and focus.
- Eagerness and attitude to solve hard problems, even when there is no obvious solution.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Two or more year’s hands-on IT systems related experience.
- MCSE, CCNA, MCDBA is a plus.
