Position Title: HRS Account Manager – 客户经理

Department: Corporate Sales

Business Unit: Hotel Reservation Service

Location: Beijing, China

Reports to: Director of Account Management

PURPOSE OF POSITION - 职位主要任务:

• Implement the hotel program to the new signed corporates.
• Network with and develop relationships with the decision makers and key booker to improve adoption ratio to meet the target
• Balance HRS commissionable revenue
• Digging out MICE leads from existing accounts

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - 主要工作内容:

1. Increase the adoption ratio for existing accounts

• Fully takeover new accounts information and needs from CSM
• Setup the implementation plan according with different account types
• Being partnership with the decision makers to ensure HRS program being implemented successfully
• Conduct the online booking training to accounts in order to promote online booking
• Buildup good rapport with the decision maker, key bookers & MICE organizers to improve the adoption ratio and reaching the volume target
• Conduct annual account analysis with decision maker in A&B account in order to control the corporate net ratio and increase adoption ratio
• Regularly provide statistics reports to corporate clients and conduct regular service review meeting with decision maker
• Selling MICE, Mobile solution & hotel sourcing service to existing accounts
• Regularly conduct customer satisfaction survey in corporate client

2. Internal team support

• Co-work with CSM for A level account bidding
  

3. Complaint handling

• Assist Quality Manager to handle the complains when complaint was raised by the VIP clients or d-makers.
• Making final decision if the disagreement happens between clients and customer service in the terms of the solution provided

4. Internal customer service support

• Set up & maintain corporate link for new and existing clients
• Upload hotel rate as per corporate client’s request and HRS suggestion and cooperate contracting department to enable hotels bookable
• Draft account fact sheet in the share folder in order to easy up customer service work
• Create and deliver training to customer service team
• Assisting MICE and contracting team to promote HRS friendly hotels
• Making every effort and opportunity to promote HRS mobile solution to all corporate clients
  

Qualifications, (e.g. Tertiary, trade) 学历要求:

• University degree or above

Business/Technical Skills相关技能:

• Proficient English in writing and speaking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong team-work spirit
• Being able to work independently
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
• Strong negotiation & convincing skills
• Solid the industrial knowledge with positive thinking

Experience – 工作经验:

Essential 必须的:

• 5+ years in sales related, preferably with experience in hospitality industry
• Experience with MNCs in China and Asia Pacific region

Desirable 期望的:

• Grasp of other foreign languages is preferred
• Local dialect is preferred
