Position: Post-Sales Engineer
Location: Beijing

Position Responsibilities:
As a Level II Post-Sales and Support Engineer for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Data Product Solutions, you are required to have 3+ years-related experiences on Switch-Routing or cloud product or relevant experience in IT industry. You will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support, services, problem solving and escalation as well as knowledge transferring to our clients and team members.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
？ Solid hands-on skills on high availability architectures, either on Switching and Routing protocols (L2/3).
？ Solid knowledge on virtualization and cloud solutions
？ Ability to understand, deploy and troubleshoot complex network technical solutions.
？ Requires an in-depth knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Web performance parameters, and experience with switches, routers, wireless and firewalls and Basic security knowledge in Intranet/Internet/Extranet environments.
？ Strong UNIX O/S and Windows Server knowledge is required with solid understanding of related protocols a plus.
？ The ability to work closely with sales and presales team.
？ Work with L3 support to ensure timely resolution and closure to customer escalations.
？ Excellent communication, listening, and reporting skills.

？ Strong interpersonal skills and autonomous
？ CCIE certified
？ Bachelor in IT/CS or equivalent by experience
？ Strong background (3+ years) in the network infrastructure
？ Post-Sales experience required
？ A good command of read and written English
？ Network big picture and end to end view
？ Familiar with Ms-office suite.

？ Ability to train and disseminate technical and product solution
