工作职责：
1、根据用户需求对已有产品进行修改。
2、参与团队新产品开发工作，根据需求调研部门提供的需求文档编写设计文档，并进行开发。

任职资格：
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验。
2、具备扎实的C/C++语言基础，具备数据结构、算法等相关知识。
3、熟练使用VC++、C#、Visual Basic进行程序编写。
4、精通TCP/IP、多线程、DCOM以及SQL SERVER数据库方面的编程。
5、具有良好而规范的编程习惯和技术文档编写习惯，掌握CVS、VSS等主流配置管理工具的使用。
6、善于在工作中与人配合，善于发现工作中的问题，能及时与人沟通，有很强的责任心。
7、富于团队精神和敬业精神，具有良好的自学能力和独立解决问题的能力，能承受一定工作压力，在指定时间内完成高质量程序。
8、具备较强的自主学习能力，能够在短时间内掌握新技术.
