职位描述

Mission/Purpose of Position:

-Manage all activities of Viking tires selling in local market, to support sell-through Viking- local distributor - retailer for their sales target achievement, keep monitoring and driving Viking local distribution network quality and quantity development as the key mission of the position;
- Sales volume responsibility focus on distributor buy-in and sell-out;Keep improving product portfolio;Timely and high quality reporting;
Main Tasks
- Responsible for the appointed territory Distributor buy-in and sell-out target achievement/ Monthly/Yearly in line with the business plan;
-Responsible for selling skill training for distributor sales team;
- Complete distributor sell-out report monthly;
-Complete the sales volume FC & visit plan with high quality;
-Timely and good quality reponse to other reporting requirements;
- Support Marketing department complete the local survey task & local event.
-Collect market information of competitor, smuggler, including pricing, product & etc via a proper & legal way;
-Support NSM in Viking strategy development;
-Completely follow the Viking strategy, and responsible for the local high quality implementation in local market;
-Responsible for the local Distributor sell out promotion policy & complete the local seminar activity;
- Cooperate with other colleagues of the fuctional department as Marketing & COD to properly achieve the target;
-Coach Distributor Sales team(DSR), to improve the ability of the Viking local team , in order to more effectively achieve the target;
- Viking local Claim tire checking with the well trained and professional way cooperate with TCS department colleagues
-Join with the Viking local New product launch activity
-Feedback new product development requirements

Job requirements
Understanding of fast moving product industry selling / tire industry experience is a plus; Product knowledge; Identification of local business opportunities, as well as potential risks. Early warnings in case of low sell out tgt achievement; Timely delivery of tasks related to well prepared planing & Forecast in the local market; High quality reporting ability with the basic computor knowledge as Excel skills; Meeting organization skill; Presentation skill; Financial knowledge; College degree or equivalent preferably marketing or commercial or Engineering background; >3 years working experience on channel & distribution sales with Multi-national company is a plus. Tire industry experience is a must.
