Job Description

Develop, lead and execute a proactive corporate communications strategy that
includes short and long-term goals which tells the client’s story and
enhances/maintains the brand reputation

开发领导并执行品牌宣传企业传播策略，包括为企业品牌制定短期以及长期传播目标，为客户维护提升品牌声誉

Implement and leverage relationships with local, national and business media as
well as key industry publications and bodies; provide a clear point of contact
for disseminating all of the client’s corporate messages in Mainland China

妥善应用与本地、全国性商业媒体以及业内主流媒体的关系为客户传递企业信息并提供媒体联系名单

Screen interview/information requests from media and arrange interviews where
required for client spokespeople; prepping executives, developing briefings/Q&As
as well as handling potentially sensitive media situations

为品牌发言人安排并过滤媒体专访信息，撰写执行手册或媒体问答，并为客户妥善处理潜在媒体敏感提问

Work closely with client stakeholders PR teams to ensure alignment on key
messages and to minimize conflicting messages

沟通能力强，能与客户充分沟通确保信息正确无误

Bring to the attention of team leaders any pertinent news articles and
information

为客户定期整理最新相关信息

Update all corporate communications information materials and reports on a
regular basis i.e. media backgrounders, factsheets etc.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years professional and strategic corporate communications
experience preferably in an international PR agency or blue chip brand

4年以上相关从业经验，拥有国际公关公司或知名品牌工作经验优先

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Public Affairs,
Journalism, Broadcast Communications or other relevant areas

本科学历以上，公共关系，新闻，公共传播专业优先

Strong media contacts among Mainland China national/local and business
media

拥有丰富媒体资源 – 熟悉中国大陆主要全国性/地区性商业媒体

Experience in building overall brand visibility and reputation through
high-impact media relations programs

拥有丰富的媒体合作工作经验，为建立品牌知名度和声誉

Demonstrated ability to build effective interpersonal internal/external
partnerships, and can grow and maintain key relationships

Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, holistic and
team-oriented environment, passion for diversity, inclusion and cultural
sensitivity
