Job Title: Product Safety Regulatory Advisor
Time: Full time
Located: Song Jiang
Education Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related major.
2. Knowledge of EHS Regulations.
3. Formal training and experience in Environmental, Health & Safety, and Management System Audits is preferred.
Specific Requirements:
1. Sometimes domestic travel
Language Skills: Good command of English/Mandarin and computer skill.

Job Responsibility: Including four parts. Each part has different proportion.
1. Product regulatory affairs (40%):
Collect and archive Raw materials’ MSDS from suppliers with help of sourcing.
Compile issue and update coded raw materials’ MSDS of both SJ & NJ plants.
Coordinate the generation of new products’ MSDS and GHS label by cooperation with R&D department and corporate regulatory team.
Coordinate the test for the Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods for new products by third test party.
Check IECSC (Inventory of the Existing Chemical Substances in China) status of new developing/developed products.
Prepare notifications for new developing products which aren’t listed in IECSC and submit to government agencies and competent authorities with some supervision.
Prepare annual report of manufacturing and selling of above new products which have been notified in CRC-MEP at the end of every year.
Handle customers’ questionnaires related with regulatory, such as REACH, SVHC, ROHS and etc.
2. Coordinate new employee orientation training (30%):
Work with every function leader to define and implement job skill sets and curriculums for every new employee.
Coordinate with trainers about the in class room training for new employee.
Assign necessary e-learning training curriculums for new employee in Training mine.
Follow up the verification of new employee’s on boarding training implementation.
3. Product Regulatory affairs Related with SI-CT Business (20%):
Prepare notifications for imported products by SI-CT which aren’t listed in IECSC and submit to government agencies and supervisory authorities.
Prepare annual report of importing and selling of above imported products which have been notified in CRC-MEP at the end of every year.
4. Coordinate refresh training (10%):
Generate all employees’ refresh training plan according to corporate training minimum requirements for EHS/process safety systems and safety critical procedures.
Work with every function leader to define and implement job skill refresh training plan and follow up.
Coordinate the refresh training materials’ generation and upload to Training mine.
Follow up the verification of all employees’ refresh training implementation.
