SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
-- Taking a leading role in the Global specification, design, prototyping, validation of new products
-- Supporting existing products
-- Customization of product requests.
-- Bring new products from concept to production

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-- Create sub assembly design and detail component drawing for mechanical system.
-- Attend high level design and low level design reviews, detail design improvement and design change.
-- Communicate with other function engineers to co-develop hardness tester.
-- Attend design activity for requirements definition, budget and schedule estimation.
-- Support Manufacturing, Purchasing and Service team through product life cycle.
-- Involved in testing and documentation of mechanical subsystems, including assembly process instruction and test acceptance condition.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-- Minimal 3 years or above solid experience in mechanical design.
-- Good knowledge of machining, casting and plastic injection.
-- Strong analytical, problem solving, and process improvement skills
-- Strong 3D modeling skills (Pro/Engineer, Solid Works, Solid Edge preferred)
-- Good English
-- Good Team player
