岗位职责：
1、贯彻落实上级党群组织的有关方针、政策、工作安排，制订党群工作计划，并负责组织实施和总结。
2、负责党群组织建设,建立完善党群工作制度,加强基层党群组织(党支部、工会分会、工会小组等)设置、考核、管理，协调班组建设。
3、围绕公司改革发展大局和经营管理重点，开展形势目标教育和宣传报道，组织劳动竞赛，凝心聚力，为实现公司经营目标和战略愿景营造良好氛围。
4、组织公司精神文明建设，参与社区、部队等单位共建工作，做好公司企业文化的宣贯工作，践行公司核心价值观。
5、组织和策划公司文体活动，加强和规范公司各类文体协会管理，丰富员工文化生活、展示员工风采。
6、负责员工关爱工作，国际劳动节、春节等节日，员工住院、生小孩、或者家庭发生突发事件等情况下，做好员工慰问，对防暑降温、防寒防冻、安全生产、劳动保护等工作进行监督检查。
7、组织推进党风廉政建设，完善惩防体系，加强廉洁教育，防范廉洁风险，开展效能监察，接待来信来访，查处各类违法违纪行为。
8、做好员工队伍建设，开展技能比武、知识竞赛等，提升员工素质，建立与员工沟通机制，把握员工思想动态，依法协调和化解矛盾，构建和谐劳动关系。
9、做好党员和专兼职党群人员队伍建设，做好党员发展和积极分子培养工作，消灭空白班组，加大党员教育和培训力度，提升党员素质，以攻关立项、岗位承诺等载体为切入点，发挥党员作用，彰显党员价值。造就一支综合素质好、岗位技能高、工作业绩优、员工评价佳的专兼职党群人员，发挥好党员模范带头作用。
