JOB SUMMARY:

1 Perform FAI and report FAI results to Corp 执行FAI和出具报告给总部
2 Assist Lab engineer in FA lab management 协助工程师进行实验室工作的管理

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
(include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

1 Draft measurement/inspection method based on the requirement from drawing. 根据图纸要求，设计合理的测量和检验方法
2 Perform FAI and report FAI results to Corp 执行FAI和出具报告给总部
3 Maintains FA database and document filing 维护FA数据库和文件归档
4 Take charge of FA lab equipment maintenance FA实验室设备的维护保养
5 As calibration cooridnator, will be in charge of Testing/Inspection instrument/ Gauge calibration management 作为计量协调员，负责计量检具的管理
6 Assist QE to deal with daily work 辅助质量工程师处理日常事务

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1 Technical secondary school degree or above, automation, electronics or related major 中专以上学历，自动化、电子等相关专业
2 Above 2 years working experience in FA field. Be familiar with PCB manufacturing industry is preferred 两年以上FA领域的工作经验，熟悉PCB生产制作流程的优先考虑
3 Proficient in CMM, SmartScope 精通三坐标,Smartscope测量设备
4 Knowledgeable for the vary mechanical drawings 熟悉各类机械制图
5 Overtime work when necessary 公司需要时能加班

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
1 Good English in written and verbal 良好的英文读写能力

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Be able to use office software. 能够应用常用办公软件
2 Knowledge of MSA methodology. 会测量系统分析的方法
3 Knowledge of IPC-A-600 standard. 熟悉IPC-A-600标准
4 Know TS 16949 standard requirement. 了解TS16949标准

PHYSICAL DEMAND:
No color blindness, corrected vision above 1.0 无色盲，矫正视力1.0以上
