1> Office admin assistant :
-Shenzhen office reception duties as phone calls and express/DHL handlings; booking air-tickets and hotels for all visitors to Shenzhen office
-Office purchasing: arrange weekly cleaning duties, purchase all daily goods for office using like waters/ tissues/ stationeries/ rental office utensils like printing/ telephone line/web line…,arrange all monthly payments for outsourced service for Shenzhen office
-HR assistant: record weekly attendance list for Shenzhen office
2> sales assistant:
-Daily body foam customers’ orders follow up: using kingdee system to record and follow up all body foam customers’ orders, arrange the order deliveries with T-Chain warehouse; daily communication with customers for after sales customer service
-Place body foam orders to Belgium production team to make sure we have right stock at T-Chain warehouse for selling at the right time with the right quality
-Effective and efficient management of T-Chain warehouse with optical stock level and rotation
Qualifications
- College diploma & CET 4 or above
- Min 1years related experience
- Good thinking skills and find way to solve problems
- Detailed, efficient and effective weekly activities report;
