We
are looking for a Technical Project Manager / IT Consultant with strong
technical background especially in the hosting and infrastructure area.

The
position requires：

frequent interaction with Sales, end customers, outside
vendors and suppliers, and other cross-functional team members.

Builds
and maintains relationships with ITS leaders on the client site, technical team
leads, and non-technical key-accounts

·
Responsible
for successful, on-time delivery of the company’s projects

·
Develop
work and cost estimates, program priorities, resource requirements, project
scope, and objectives.?

·
Identifies
potential risks to the completion of the project, including resources, costs,
and systems. Recommends appropriate solutions.

·
Informally
mentors other team members on structured methodology, best practices

·
Is
proactive in the identification and resolution of issues that may negatively
impact a project or project deliverable; documents/ communicates status and
escalates as appropriate

·
Encourages
collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on–shore and off–shore team members

·
Manage
customer satisfaction and customer quality requirements and issues

·
Mediates
and resolves team conflicts

·
Mentor
and identify training needs for team members, ensuring professional development
and superior technical expertise.

·
IT
knowledge in the following areas is a plus

o Network e.g. CISCO routers, MPLS, VPNs

o Monitoring knowledge e.g. Nagios

o Operating Systems like Windows, UNIX,
Linux

o Virtualization e.g. VMWare Server

o Planning IT architectures

Ideal
Candidate Profile:

·
Bachelor
degree

·
Minimum
of 5 years’ experience in management including experience in IT systems
implementation

·
IT
Consulting or IT Professional Services experience is strongly preferred

·
Proficiency in English

·
Strong technical skills

·
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills

·
Able
to manage multiple projects, deadlines and activities and prioritize workload

·
To
be proactive and excel in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem
solving and organizational skills

·
Works well under pressure
