Mission
Atlas Copco ASAP is looking for an experienced IT professional to take the lead in creating business value by delivering efficient and reliable systems solutions to its internal customers in China.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in the design of Workflow, Collaboration & Mobility applications for the Asia Pacific region.


Job description
You have a blend of technical, communication, change management, business and project delivery skills, and will:
Be a strategic speaking partner for the local business units in China to ensure that their needs are anticipated and met.
Work closely with the Global Business Systems product managers to promote common applications, driving business process alignment and application rationalization across Atlas Copco.
Act as the regional center of competence for Workflow, Collaboration & Mobility applications, assisting the otherBusiness Systems Delivery Leads in Asia Pacific to design high-quality systems solutions.
Work closely with the local IT Customer Service and regional Business Systems End User Support teams to ensure that business systems solutions are documented and that support is handed over after delivery.
Assist in the standardisation and development of regional/global processes for delivery of business systems solutions.


Experience requirements
Proven ability to proactively identify solutions to both technology and business issues.
Experience with defining business requirements, technical specifications, development and testing procedures, change and release management.
Ability to implement standards.
Experience in an environment requiring cooperation and negotiation with business units, other IS/IT organisations and external vendors to attain goals.
Strong knowledge of business systems including Lotus Notes and Web applications, CRM and ERP (preferably BPCS, Scala, and/or SAP), as well as integration between different systems.
Technical expertise:
* Lotus Notes development (Script, formula)
* Java and (P)CLP would be an advantage
* Web development techniques like HTML, CSS, Javascript and XML
* Relational databases/SQL/ODBC
* Experience with Lotus Enterprise Integrator (LEI) is a plus
* Domino administration experience in a major international environment is a plus


Knowledge
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like PMI.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant sections of "The Way We Do Things".
- Familiarity with ITIL would be considered an advantage.


Educational requirements
- A university degree in IT or business.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
