Job description
Implement company HR system applications roll out, such as Recruitment database, Navigator database and ACademy in APAC region;
Responsible for internal customer communications on updating and enhancement of HR system applications, in compliance with business development needs;
Responsible for developing HR applications user manuals and ongoing update;
Responsible for HR application user’s training and problems solving;
Prepares statistics reports on data summaries, changes to meet reporting requirement.
Possesses technical knowledge of the HR applications and closedly works with the IT staff to maintain and upgrade the system;
Leads the related HR applications implementation project in the region;
Participate HR applications development and change projects with Global HRIS team.

Experience requirements
At least 2 years experience in HR application functions
Familiar with HR operation process and organization structure
Knowledge
Fluent in English and communication skills
Good PC knowledge
Good project management skill.
Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law will a plus.

Educational requirements
University graduated, majored in human resource or equivalent
Personality requirements
Good communication, task oriented, team work spirit, quick learner, initiative
Able to identify and work with individuals with different culture and background
