Mission
We are looking for an experienced Global Business Expert 'Hire to Retire'for our global act!program.
The mission of the act! organization is to drive the next generation of the organization's structural development for Customer Centers by building a common backbone system for the entire Atlas Copco Group. The objective is to increase customer and employee satisfaction by increasing speed and quality (i.e. efficiency) in administrative and supporting processes, give more transparency and faster roll out at lower cost for future process and system upgrades.
The business process expert will assist the Business Process Manager with building a solution to realize people management process flow which is fulfilling the business requirements. The business process expert is assisting in all tasks of the business blueprint, collecting business requirements, testing and ensuring the organizational transition of the related process.
Experience requirements
1. help in organizing workshops to design the future state 'Hire to retire' process. Interfaces with all other business process experts to gather and document business requirements;
2. provide context information and expert advice to our Global Business (HR) Process Council;
3. support the decision process in the councils for projects and changes related to business process alignment and improvement;
4. have a good overview of the business process, broader than that of its own team, company or other operational hierarchy;
5. have a good understanding of how the business process is supported by business application(s): as-is and to-be;
6. have hands-on experience, typically from prior operational responsibilities, on how the process is executed throughout the organization;
7. analyze business requirements and create high-level specifications necessary for "Solution Design (BluePrint)";
8. discuss with IS/IT Governance & Delivery on how the business requirements will be supported by the system solutions as well as Global HR operation model
9. facilitate changes in the organization, in the way of working, by showing the value of process standardization and continuous improvement;
10. Assists in unit and integration testing;
11. Assists the local business key users (BKU's) in terms of :
1)Data Conversion validation and execution
2)Acceptance tests execution
3)Analysis of the impact of the new ways of working on the local organization and support the change management process
4)achieving the benefits side of the business case for their functional track
5)local cutover activities for their functional track;
12.Assist in developing the test scripts for user acceptance testing (together with functional analysts);
13.Involve in preparation of end user training material and give the training to the local training teams for the future state processes;
14.Liaise with the SAP (HR) functional analysts in mapping the requirements into the SAP system;
15.Assist the business process manager in business process alignment and improvement and seeking consensus across Business Areas and divisions and keeping the process model up to date with changing business needs, organization and technology;
16.Assist in the deployment of the 'Hire to retire' process in the act! Scope supported by the SAP solution from a time, innovation, cost and quality perspective;
17.Show the business value of the new solution in terms of higher effectiveness.
Knowledge & Experiences
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR management with a multinational company
- Sound and broad knowledge in all people management processes
- Familiar with HR management tools such as SAP HR
- Tracked records with involvement of HR transformation projects
- Must have a strong analytical and problem solving competence
- A great communicator both written and verbal, towards different stakeholders globally
Educational requirements
- The successful candidate should have a university degree or equivalent through experience
- Fluent in English. More languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Personality requirements
- Result oriented and service minded
- Ability to drive change and make things happen
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical individuals
- Self motivated
