职位描述
Mission
Team Management & Communication
· Contribute to team development, expertise evolution, anticipate needs and propose training.
· Manage and coordination resource allocation across projects
· Manage talent pools (floating team members) for remote Client-Integrated teams
· Work with external talent companies to source new team members when required
· Set objectives and evaluate team members.
Client Point of Contact
· Identify needs and evaluate potential business solutions;
· Assess client's satisfaction and work to improve the relationship by:
o providing counsel, visibility and consistent results to clients;
o remaining up-to-date on clients’ reality and constraints;
· Hold regular meetings/steering committee with clients, project management, technical leads and with his team regarding portfolio updates and requests prioritization;
· Maintain and grow knowledge on the constant evolutions in the relevant business fields;
· Promote department and share with Management other development opportunities.
Budget Management
· Work with the Managing Directors and Service Director to build and manage the budget
· Perform follow up with clients on a monthly basis to keep budget integrity intact
· Collect new budgetary needs and align previously harvested needs for each budget CFM
· Help prepare the budget roadmap for each fiscal year
Partner Relationship Management
· Foster and maintain regular contact with GNS suppliers, vendors and providers
· Work with these partners to have reductions in price or introduce new solutions to the business.
· Introduce partners to internal clients as necessary to bring innovation into the company.
Process Management
· Act as a Process Owner for ITSM processes as assigned.
· Provide guidance for staff in following processes, and ensure that all processes are followed.
· Ensure that proper that metrics are collected for all established processes.
Technical Reference
· Working with the Online Solution Architects, provide technical reference for technology choices used in our solutions.
· Participate in peer-review sessions and keep up to date with the latest in technology
· Act as a technical reference for the team
Training
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or in a related field
ITIL Certification
Relevant experience
· 5 years of experience in IT support within a large organization
· 5 years or experience managing or working on IT projects
· Experience managing a team of 5+ administrators
Skills
· Good interpersonal communication skills
· Strong management skills
· Integrity and trustworthiness
· Ability to make decisions quickly
· Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organization skills
· Focus on the needs of clients
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Knowledge
· Very good written & spoken English (French is advantage)
· Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) is an asset
