岗位职责：
1、负责拟定电子商城和网店的运营方案，根据电子商务B2C和C2C运营模式，针对产品特点，进行有效推广；
2、负责策划并指导各类营销及推广活动，对活动总结评估，不断改进活动效果；
3、结合各种互联网营销方式进行有效的广告宣传，提高电子商城和网店的各项业务量，不断提升公司电商平台PV客流量；
4、熟悉天猫、淘宝等交易平台流程及规则和后台的所有操作，熟悉各种推广工具(各种活动资源、网销宝、直通车、卖霸、以及钻展)和推广方式，深度了解各个工具的使用效果，能结合实际运营情况，制定切实可行的推广方案，有效提高UV访客数量；
5、不断优化电子商城和网店的整体装修、商品的描述与展示、促销活动推广，优化客户体验感受，增强顾客粘度和延长平均停留时间，扩大商城和网店影响力；
6、负责各平台销售情况的统计跟踪，根据平台的运营情况及各方反馈，对网上店铺的IP、PV、UV、销量、跳出率、地域分布、转化率等做出专业的数据分析，定期报告各项运营数据的总结与分析，提出平台的升级及改善措施；
